With twenty years experience on average our tool and die makers know the way to do a job right, and a number of ways to improve the efficiency of the process.

We furnish them with a range of machinery to build progressive dies, draw-dies, and inspection features. Stamping and welding are done with exacting accuracy.

Tottser is dedicated to the team concept, so that so that you get the benefit of our best people working together, sharing information and improving on each others ideas. We also create a TOTAL QUALITY PROCESS atmosphere, with team building seminars and management training.

Inspection department personnel are fully trained in SPC and various MIL standards, and use a complete line of equipment, including a CMM with statistical capabilities. We also do torque tests and push out tests. Continuous improvement is the only way to keep us, and our customers competitive.
